The mission of Copenhagen Sensor Technology (CST) is to progressively develop, produce and deliver EO solutions for mobile and fixed systems to meet the most demanding applications. CST systems provide their users with maximum security and lowest risk for personnel and material assets; No matter their surroundings and environment. Their lifetime cost and performance guarantees highest competition power to our customers.

CST utilizes its expertise from the defense and Homeland Security industry to produce and market a broad range of CCTV systems for the day and night surveillance on high-end security and defense market. As an example:

The cameras for RWS is designed particularly for medium and heavy arms programs. RWS cameras is for integration in the RWS sensor suite and available as individual sensor system or as fully integrated MIL-STD sensor package. It provides extreme stable line of sight as required for efficient target engagement and detection, also when mounted directly to the gun barrel. There is a wide choice of configurations, which allows complete tailoring of features and functionality for different applications.

For harbor perimeter protection there is a need to prevent unlawful activities with long-range cameras to identify if approaching vessels or humans are friend or foe. CST cameras can recognize a human up to 8 km distance and put the operator in a position to act before a potential threat or incident occurs. The complete camera including housing, lens and controller has been designed to be operational from -40°C to +70°C, according to MIL STD 810.

Naval surveillance to prevent unlawful activities such as piracy, human trafficking and smuggling is a rising challenge for many nations. The surveillance systems used at sea and along coastlines demand highly ruggedized equipment to withstand the harsh maritime environment. CST electro-optical cameras are ruggedized and sealed to be operational under high humidity and for tough maritime missions performed by naval or patrol vessels.

i-SPEED 2 The range of cameras is designed with size in mind, is easy to use and is a cost effective entry-level solution for high-speed motion analysis. The i-SPEED 2 cameras combine a choice of resolutions with high speeds and a set of features which make them ideal for use in microscopy, robotics, automotive impact testing, bio-mechanics, web inspection and more… i-SPEED 2 cameras are portable, consume little power and produce excellent quality images. Image transfer is simple via ethernet. The cameras can even be specified with batteries which make them ideal for untethered field work. i-SPEED 7 The i-SPEED 7 Series has the highest throughput (speed and resolution) of any high-speed video camera available today – 26Gigapixels per second – making it the fastest high-speed camera in the world. In full HD (1920x1080) the i-SPEED 726 camera is capable of recording nearly 13,000 frames per second. Further, the i-SPEED 726 has a maximum recording speed of 1,000,000fps. This camera is widely used in ballistics, materials testing, DIC analysis, PIV analysis and in many more applications where the highest combinations of speed and resolution are required.
