New HALT/HASS chamber from Vötsch Industrietechnik.

HALT is a step stress process performed during the product’s prototype phase that de-termines a product’s operating limits, identifies design weaknesses, and identifies weak components. The prototype phase is the fastest and least expensive point to make improvements. In the HALT process, the test sample is subjected to progressively higher stress levels. Thermal dwells, rapid temperature transitions, vibration, and a combination of temperature and vibration are employed to precipitate latent, inherent defects in the design, at the component level, or in the manufacturing process. HASS is a post-production process that can be performed on 100 % of product or a partial sample of units. The main goal of HASS is to precipitate and detect hidden or latent failures. It is used to verify that no new “weak link” has crept into the product, since HALT, that has shifted the limits found in HALT. The Star Galaxy™ HALT/HASS Systems are integrated Test Chamber/Vibration Table packages.

The Star Galaxy chambers are equipped with a Liquid Nitrogen (LN2) cooling system, which provides the rapid thermal change rates (up to 70 K/min.) required to achieve maximum product stress. The Galaxy system efficiently delivers high velocity conditioned air to the test space for unmatched temperature cycling performance. Our adjustable air flow package allows the user to redirect and concentrate airflow to the product under test for maximum product temperature cycling stress. Galaxy system rapid thermal change rates are accomplished with smaller space requirements, lower audible noise, no water requirement, lower maintenance costs and greater efficiency than a typical refrigeration system.

The vibration table is a state-of-the-art, six degree-of-freedom (6DoF) triaxial pneumatic vibration table. A benefit of its patented unique proprietary construction, this vibration table has one of the most consistent acceleration levels per unit area of any table presently on the market.

Testimony.

"Meggitt Sensing Systems Denmark had a need for a combined climatic chamber with vibrator system. We needed a particular solution, offering the highest reliability, yet flexible and prepared for future projects, as well. Due to the space limitations, we were looking for a relatively small system. My colleagues from sister company had recommended Vötsch Industrietechnik climatic chambers and after browsing the Internet I came in contact with sales manager Steen Lauritzen at Beatronic Supply, who offered me a standard solution with special mechanical modification. The relatively small standard chamber and the rigid bridge on the top of it allowed me to combine my shaker system with the Vötsch Industrietechnik test cabinet through a port hole in the roof of the test space. It was exactly what we were looking for!

The beatronic.pl domain goes solo.

Today our website in Polish goes online. As for our .dk domain earlier this year we have seperated the.pl domain primarily to please Google and other search engines. An English-languaged site on a .com-domain, don't rank very high on Google.plk. We have not translated the entire page, but only the part that has most relevance for our Polish customers. If you click on some of the (for the Polish market) less significant products, you will automatically be sent to our English language .com site.

Also our various services such as; brochure download, formulare, etc. continues to be hosted on our .com-site. However, if you are transfered to the .com-site, you can always come back to .dk-domain by clicking at the little Polish flags in the top of the red bar. We are also working to distinguish our .cz-domain.

New representative office.

Once more Beatronic Supply is adding the numbers of service locations on the European continent. This autumn we have established an representing office in the Balkan region. This office will work under the Danish main office and is the only real daughter company in the group. The person in charge is Mr. Goran Stojanovic.

The main activity is Weibel, Prototypa and other military equipment but the majority of our product portfolio, can be sold in Serbia too. Apart for the obvious Serbian territory, this office also handle business in Bosnia, Croatia, Macedonia, Slovenia and Montenegro. We are looking forward to extend our business further into the Balkan.
